Smallts Café Bar Diner Smallts is open daily, serving snacks and meals. It offers good food in comfortable surroundings and excellent value for money, with an emphasis on friendly service. Smallts has become a popular meeting place for coffee with friends, an informal meal or drinks till late. Right people, right atmosphere… there are no strangers here, only friends you haven’t met! Roof-top Pool Our roof-top swimming pool and the large surrounding terrace is ideal for sun-bathing and total relaxation while enjoying the spectacular view overlooking St Paul’s islands and the deep blue extending to the horizon with Comino and Gozo in the distance. Gym & Spa option Although the Park Lane does not have in-house gym and spa facilities, our guests can take advantage of special rates for use of these facilities just 150 metres down the road. The San Antonio Gym & Spa offers a well-equipped gym including use of a towel, showers and a locker as well as a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, indoor pool and a selection of treatments for general well-being. Conference & Incentives option While conference and incentives are not dealt with directly in our hotel, our sister company is renowned as one of the best conference & incentives organisers in a unique location. The Popeye film-set has been transformed into a selection of opportunities beyond one’s imagination. Sweethaven Village, also known as Popeye Village, was constructed in Malta's Anchor Bay during the last 7 months of 1979 as the film-set of the 1980 musical production Popeye. It lives on today. Popeye Village and Park Lane collaborate to provide a full package to conference and incentives groups.
