Accommodation
We invite you to browse through our various accommodation options. Park Lane offers 28 air-conditioned accommodation units, including Self-Catering Apartments with various open-plan or separate bedroom layouts, larger three-bedroom Family Apartments and a number of Superior Single Hotel Rooms. All apartments enjoy a furnished balcony offering pleasant city views or partial sea-views, while the hotel rooms have a window which offers no view but plenty of light.

All accommodation is equipped with direct dial telephone and LCD televisions with satellite channels, including free movie channels. FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel with signal access from most rooms.

The apartments include a fully-equipped private kitchenette while the hotel rooms include a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water on arrival while a welcome pack may be pre-ordered.

Each unit has a private bathroom which includes a bath with shower attachment in most cases. Complimentary toiletries are included and a hair dryer is available in the room. Irons and ironing boards and a safe are also available in the room. Housekeeping is offered daily.

Standard Studio
The Standard Studio, with an open-plan or separate bedroom layout, is suitable for up to two persons. It is equipped with twin beds, while requests for a double bed will depend on availability at time of check-in. The Standard apartment enjoys a furnished balcony, is fully air-conditioned and includes a ceiling fan too. The apartment is fully-equipped with a private kitchenette including a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cookware/dishware, and enjoys an LCD television, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct-dial telephone. The private bathroom has a bath with shower attachment (some apartments have a Jacuzzi) and a hair dryer is available in the room. Irons and ironing boards and a safe are also available in the room. Side Seaview Studio
The Side Seaview Studio is suitable for up to two persons and is equipped with a double bed, while requests for single beds will depend on availability at time of check-in. This recently refurbished apartments (2012/2013) enjoy a furnished balcony with a beautiful view, is fully air-conditioned and includes a ceiling fan. The apartments are fully-equipped with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cookware/dishware, and enjoys an LCD television, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct-dial telephone. The apartments enjoy a stylish shower room and a hair dryer is available in the room. Irons and ironing boards and a safe are also available in the room. (2 persons)

Superior Studio
The Superior Studio, with an open-plan or separate bedroom layout, is suitable for up to three persons. It is equipped with twin beds and a comfortable sofa bed, while requests for a double bed will depend on availability at time of check-in. The apartment enjoys a furnished balcony, is fully air-conditioned and includes a ceiling fan too. The apartment is fully-equipped with a private kitchenette including a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cookware/dishware, and enjoys an LCD television, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct-dial telephone. Penthouse
The Penthouse is suitable for up to two persons. Located on the fifth floor adjacent to the roof-top sun-deck and pool area, the Penthouse's own private terrace may be accessed via large French doors leading from a comfortable kitchen-living area. The Penthouse also comprises a spacious separate bedroom with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is fully-equipped with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cookware/dishware, and enjoys an LCD television, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct-dial telephone. Family Apartment
The Family apartment includes three separate bedrooms with a capacity of 4 to 5 persons. This recently refurbished apartment (2012) includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a room with a comfortable double sofa-bed and is fully air-conditioned. The apartment enjoys a furnished balcony leading from the combined kitchen-living area. The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cookware/dishware. The apartment has an LCD television and direct-dial telephone. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas. The family apartment enjoys a private bathroom with bath and shower attachment and also a separate shower room. A hair dryer is available in the room. (up to 5 persons)

Superior Single Room
This hotel room is suitable for one person and is equipped with a double bed for superior comfort. The room is also equipped with LCD television, complimentary Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, tea & coffee making facilities and a fridge. The room has no balcony but a window provides good lighting and the room is fully air-conditioned. The private bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and a hair dryer is available in the room.
